Summary of Classes of Membership, Subscriptions for 2008/2009 The various classes of membership are as laid down in the Constitution. The following summary is for guidance only.

SENIOR MEMBERSHIP £394.50 or Direct Debit 10 months x £41.92 Senior Members are full members of the club with access to all the facilities of the Club as laid down in the Bye-Laws and the Constitution. On election to membership, the appropriate subscription is payable. STUDENT MEMBERSHIP £227.50 or Direct Debit 10 months x £24.14 This category is open to persons who (a) are 18 years of age but are under 21 years of age, by the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Club in the year during which they attain the age of 21 years, and (b) are in full-time education, all to the satisfaction of the Committee, in their sole discretion. They shall have access to all the facilities of the Club. On election to membership the appropriate subscription is payable. INTERMEDIATE ASSOCIATE £227.50 or Direct Debit 10 months x £24.17Boys and girls between the ages of 16 and 17 years of age shall have access to all the facilities of the Club except the Back Bar as laid down in the Bye-Laws and Constitution, but shall have no voting rights. On election to membership the appropriate subscription is payable. All Intermediate Associates, on attaining the age of eighteen years, will be automatically transferred to Student membership and shall have no voting rights.
JUNIOR ASSOCIATE £204.00 or Direct Debit 10 months x £21.68 Boys and girls under the age of sixteen years have access to the Club facilities as laid down in the Bye-Laws and Constitution, but shall have no voting rights. On election to membership the appropriate subscription is payable. All Junior Associates, on attaining the age of sixteen years, will be automatically transferred to Intermediate Associate and shall have no voting rights. MINI TENNIS ASSOCIATE £77.00 or Direct Debit 10 months x £8.18 This category is open to boys and girls between the ages of five and seven years. Play will be restricted to the use of the 'Mini Tennis Court' built specially for this age group, they shall have no voting rights. On election to membership the appropriate subscription is payable. On attaining the age of eight years a Mini Tennis Associate will automatically be transferred to Junior Associate and shall have no voting rights. FAMILY MEMBERSHIP 2 Seniors + 2 children £825.00 or Direct Debit 10 months x £87.66 Additional children £55.00 per additional child or Direct Debit 10 months x £5.90 This Membership applies where both parents are Senior Members, then no subscription shall be paid for the first 2 children ordinarily living with them, who are Intermediate, Junior, or Mini Tennis Associates of the Club. Any other children will pay the additional subscription as agreed for the season in question On election to membership the appropriate subscription is payable. COUNTRY MEMBERSHIP £167.00 or Direct Debit 10 months x £17.75 This category applies only to Members, whose principal residence is outwith a 25 mile radius of the Clubhouse, and have been a Senior Member for at least one year. They shall have access to all the facilities of the Club as laid down in the Bye-Laws and Constitution, but shall have no voting rights. VETERAN MEMBERSHIP £167.00 or Direct Debit 10 months x £17.75 This category is open to those who have been a Senior Member of the Club for at least five years and shall have attained the age of 45 years or shall have been a Senior Member of the Club for at least 20 years continuously irrespective of age. Veterans may use the full facilities of the Club, but shall have no right to play either Tennis or Squash unless over 60 years of age, and shall have no voting rights.
